Custom Pirate Chat Wheel

    So when I'm playing I often find myself needing certain things on the chat wheel which are only accessible if I'm doing something specific.

    E.g. "Head North" is only accessible at the map table, etc.

    And sometimes something that I would type in I find myself using a lot. Something like, "Do you speak English", you get the idea.

    So my suggestion is to allow us to create our own chat wheel thing.

    If could be accessed in the vanity chest, similar to emotes. And this new wheel can be bound to its own key/button. This way players can create their own custom wheel with useful things they might want to say, as opposed to it being cluttered with stuff like "tHiNgS aRe GeTtInG sPiCy!"

    This could also help Xbox players who can't type quickly, as they can type in a few phrases before hand.

    Nice idea, I agree. I wish there was a way to quickly say "over here" without having to draw the megaphone and saying it in all caps.

    I also wish there was an option to disable having your last quick chat selection to be spammable. There are so many times when I accidentally press the button and say something that I didnt mean to say.

    Oh my gosh this annoys me all the time!

    Sometimes I won't say anything for hours and then I'm suddenly saying "Ship sighted!" Over and over.

    That still requires you to pull something out. So it's no better than the megaphone.

    A customisable wheel would mean you could have "Over here" accessible anywhere AND on the first page

    I worry about this being abused or spammed. I personally would hate to see something like your very own example with alternating capital and lowercase letters. That would erk me to no end if spammed.

    If you want to say something that's not in quick chat, just use your voice in game chat, or type it out with the text chat option in your controller/K&M settings.

    Well they could block spamming with it.

    Also "Things are getting spicy" is a thing from Crate of Exquisite Spices

    Huh, I never noticed that one as I just got used to typing it out. Thanks for the advice.

    I know where it's from, but it was how YOU phrased it that irked me the wrong way.
