New ways to spend gold…

    I’ve had SoT since day one, I have loads of gold and pretty much all the cosmetics I want. So what Am I playing for now? Nothing… I think the game needs some new objectives ways to spend your gold other than cosmetics.

    My Idea is houses what you can buy on each outpost. But once you buy a houses you can buy ship upgrade stations and stuff like that. I honestly think the game would be so much better if there was something worth grinding for.

    What Ideas do you have for things they could add other than cosmetics?

    No to buying ship upgrades, this only helps veterans beat noobs better.

    House doesn't really make sense, although i'd be cool with a generic hideout you could visit in the SotD. Perhaps for a Tall Tale or something

    The main point of gold is to buy cosmetics at the end of the day. I don't see a reason to deviate from the current system

    I want expensive jewellery to wear around my pirate like rings, necklace or piercings!

    You can spend it by joining sessions, buying as many wooden boxes, cannonballs, bananas, etc. as possible and leaving it at the outpost for people who can't afford it to enjoy what the game has to offer.

    @lucaswhitt if you mean cosmetic only upgrades then im in. the game needs some kind of endless money dump.
