I was able to get the commendation for Legendary Hunter of the Sea of Thieves in game and have equipped the title, 1but the achievement didn't trigger on my Xbox account. I noticed several others, like hitting the top emissary category for 5 months, haven't triggered as well. Those I assumed I'd just keep hitting the emissary in the future and I'd get it, but not sure how I'd force the Legendary Hunter to trigger again. Any advice?

Isn't there still the message in the upper right corner in the main menu, that achievement notifications are disabled?
@schwammlgott They still should trigger eventually. Mine has been over a week. I've also gotten a number of other ones since then without issue.
Looking at the percent complete, it looks like it's saying I'm only 5% complete, which I've been progressing on this for months.

AFAIK the Legendary Hunter one has been bugged since the beginning. It shows 5% for me as well (this was way before the announcement of delay of achievements, probably some weeks or so after the introduction of fishing). Oh...that achievement...as @Lem0n-Curry it stays at 5% until you finished it...so doesn't matter

You need to contact support via a support ticket and they will unlock the achievement on your account if you meet the unlock criteria.
