I really don't care if it's centered or not...but one thing that bothers me is, that the top figure (like the skull from the bone crusher capstan, but there are more) faces the wrong side...at least on the sloop...
The Capstan is NOT crooked - the sloop is.
We're salty pirates, we're lucky our sloops are even seaworthy... I've seen some of the things you pirates have done to them, lol. But really I think it's suppose to be that way, everything is suppose to be imperfect, like the musical instruments are a bit off tune and scratchy, like they've been knocked around and aged.Have you noticed the ends of the island banners don't match? Where the "fabric" folds to create a flourish, one side has the folded part of the fabric drawn in, but it's missing from the other side. That the nitpicking thing that bugs me because it's a system notification.

Why fix the capstan when we can just crooked the boat?
Btw, for the uninformed, capstans on EVERY ship in the game with exception of the brig; are not centered. This includes every sloop and every galleon, including sunken and skeletal boats.
This just proves Brig is best boat.

I have noticed. Even the nicer clothing sets have fading and wet spots and missing buttons or holes or patches here or there. 😉

I think the only thing proven is that a good perspective was used when they fitted capstans haha
