GTX 970: video driver crashed and was reset

    Hi,
    I recently installed SoT on my girlfriends PC, on which she has an gtx 970 with 16Gb of RAM - shortly said, it meets the requirements.

    Upon launching it, and immediately disabling vsync in the game, it quickly crashed with "video driver crashed and was reset" error. Now, every time I try to launch the game, it crashes with this error.

    As OS it has Windows 10 Pro 64bit, which was just installed, and therefore the Nvidia drivers were also freshly installed. To be sure, I reinstalled the drivers, resetting everything, but this error still occurs.

    Do you have any suggestions about this?

    I have the same problem with the same GPU.
    Start the game, spawn on the outpost and crash with a system message that tell about "full memory resources used".
