My name is Will. I just opened a ticket on an issue within The Pirate Emporium and the sale items. I just read on your site that "We’re also running a very special anniversary sale at the Pirate Emporium from March 19th-22nd – perfect if you want to snag some very generous discounts!" However, within The Pirate Emporium, all of the clocks were the same color, meaning that it appeared as though those sales would continue for the next 25 days. The distinction should have been made between items that would remain on sale and those items expiring on March 22nd. Maybe an extension of a few days would be a good remedy here, so as to give players the option to purchase the items they were looking on, while also conveying how much longer these items would remain on sale. There were some items I had my eye on for purchase, but thought I had much more time to do so. Please let me know how you are going to proceed. Thank you for your time and help. Have a great evening.
