Megalodon corpse knocking me off ship then not allowing me to board or move while on ship.

    Strangely enough I have had this problem already 2x in the last 2 days where after killing a Meg right as it starts to bite my ship it dies. I get knocked off the ship by the corpse and can't get back on causing me to sink/get fragged as my ship just sailed around by itself . Grabbing the ladder didn't matter if the corpse was on it as I couldn't engage it.

    I've had this issue sink my ship 2x in the last 2 days doing solo slooping, so I'm sure others have had the same issue. How about making the Meg corpse collision free to stop this from happening? Sure you no longer will get screenshots with you dancing on a Meg corpse but alas how many people are getting sunk and losing time and effort to what really can't be intended (meg corpses clipping into your ship and interacting through the ship walls.)

    This seems like an easy fix, please make it so we can engage with Meg without having fatal "features" that ruin our fun after we have already won the battle with it. Thanks!

    Shouldn't be that many holes or much water in your ship when you get knocked off. Really shouldn't be any if you kill her right as she is about you hit you

    just don't take shots when she is near the boat if it's an issue for you. Plenty of opportunities to take shots away from the boat and they are easier when they spawn on a sloop so you shouldn't be taking too much damage to handle

    Any time you're alone you have to play in a more patient and safe way because you don't have backup in case something happens so in this case only put damage on her from a distance

    A easy solution: just killed the megalodon away from your boat, they only take 10-12 cannonball

    Yeah this is a weird bug. Fortunately the one time I had it there wasn't any damage control to be done on the ship. I just sorta floated above my quarterdeck at crow's nest height until the meg's body despawned. Kinda bizarre and was a bit funny in my case, but yeah it shouldn't be happening and I hope they fix it.
