Remove the Arena leaver timer

    If you're not gonna bother working on it. Then you might as well remove the penalty so I can abandon griefers and rage quitters.

    "Its not that bad. Be a good sport about it!" will be the first comment.

    No. If I get locked into two matches with a guy who leaves at the first sign of trouble and a third match with a griefer. This is a miserable excuse.

    @captain-coel Throwing blunder bombs at me, setting the ship on fire, and generally being an a*s because I didnt want to TDM

    @thejoegrizzly so you didnt want to do what they did and vice versa, sounds like a discussion to be had and not greifing. remember once another player is on the boat, its no longer yours.

    @captain-coel So you're saying its my fault that I wanted to play the game mode the way it was intended. Great logic. Cant imagine why Rare has abandoned Arena.
