Text to speech options for Windows

    Allow players on windows to change their text to speech to female/male voice, like the Xbox players have the option to do.

    Yeah, I always thought it was odd that this is available on Xbox but not PC. You call tell when a player with TTS is on Xbox because they'll have a voice different from the default.

    Open Xbox console companion app, in settings find where the text to speech is, change voice option. You’re welcome 🙂
    (I don’t remember exactly where the setting is but it is probably on YouTube)
