Twitch Drops
Twitch has this annoying thing where you actually have to claim the rewards on the twitch app itself. Go to drops on your app and click the claim button. The items may take time to appear in the game but you have to manually claim them before they will appear

Thank you for the info, but I tried it and still didn’t work. I luckily got the hook but no hair :(@xaydanmonsterx you have to watch AND claim the drop now within the time period that specific drop is up for grabs, if you fail to do any of the two steps its not possible anymore. Usually the same cosmetics are given out multiple times in different drops so just keep an eye out for it in the future
