Soulflame Crewmate Costume Problems

    So I completed two of the Fate of Damned voyages and unlocked the sword and all the soulflame crewmate costumes. However when I signed back in after leaving the game, I had lost all the crewmate costumes (but kept the sword). Today the event has ended and I am very disappointed that I was unable to keep these limited time costumes. Has this happened to anyone else? And is there a way for me to contact a Sea of Thieves support staff to get my items back?

    Just to recap, I have the sword but lost the crewmate costumes. I did not have the captain costume or the other equipment skins like the pistol, blunderbuss, etc.

    @casualkhaos154 Ahoy matey!

    The Soulflame crew costumes only show up if you have a player on your crew who has paid the 1 million gold and completed all the challenges while being a Pirate Legend. So they would need to be back in your game for you to see those costumes again.

    Unless it was you who purchased them all for 1 million gold?

    Could this be the issue?

    @musicmee Oh okay, I did not know that. I think the confusion came from me getting the skins while alone on a sloop. Though maybe some one joined then leaved immediately and I didn't notice. Thank you for the help!
