    @Tateru2661 There are a lot of cosmetics that the NPCs have that we don't. I hope that changes someday soon.

    He can speculate all he wants, but the only people with accurate pirate counts upon the Sea are Rare and Microsoft. So, unless he works for them and has inside information, he's going to essentially be 100% wrong.
