This is just my personal opinion...
I think there should be way more stuff to get as a pirate legend and it should be harder to get to pirate legend.
I mean, you can get it within 21 hrs and this makes litterally no sense. Make it a 2 Factions lvl 75 cap or 4 factions lvl 60 cap instead of just 3 factions lvl 50. Those emissary flags are just too overpowered.
If you reached the pirate legend, what do you get? Yeah, almost nothing. The ship-skin pack from the Pirate Emporium should also be PL exclusive aswell as time-limited.
And the most important thing: Atleast one of the next 3 updates should be a huge update to pirate legends, with new stuff, new missions etc.
It's just disappointing that you'll get almost nothing as a PL.
