@wagstr well a pineapple heals your entire health bar with one bite so not possible, watermelon would give 3 bites of full health-ness.

I really don't think they need to carry the fruit/food any further.

Between pineapples and the higher end meats it possible to stack a ridiculous amount of health at the moment.

On top of that, I feel like adding more to the food system would just start straying into the realm of overcomplication.
