Can’t find anyone to sail with

I’m 11 years old and I have had this game for a year, and back when I started playing it would take me less than 30 seconds to find a crew and a server, but now it takes me about a hour just to find a crew. None of my friends play this game, I need someone to play the game with and to help me do voyages, tall tales, pvp, and sometimes just to hang out on the sea and vibe. (Preferably Xbox / pc players with the Xbox app.
