Water Spouts

This ones a short one: I'd like to see a chance, a decently uncommon one at that, like maybe a 30% chance that in any given time span (half an hour maybe) a Water Spout has a chance of spawning anywhere in the heaviest part of the storm. These would throw you and/or your ship to a random part of the map, and landing your ship with extreme damage.
