i am thinking about purchasing sea of thieves however i am dyslexic and have trouble reading. i am wondering if the quest book as a function that narrates solely the book. the x box one narrator tends to read a lot of non essential information, which is frustrating.
quest book
What do you mean by Quest Book? Most quests in the game don't involve too much reading. The Gold Hoarders you only really need to follow X-marks-the-spot maps (riddle quests might be a problem, however). The Order of Souls points you to an island, then you fight skeletons or ghost ships. Merchant's Alliance may be the trickiest of the bunch.
Actually, you don't really need to do quests at all to become a Pirate Legend; you can go fishing/monster hunting and take your prizes to the Hunters' Call, you can have a more focused experience in the Arena, or you can just steal stuff from other players and take it to the Reaper's Bones. The extent of your reading then would be the map table, command prompts (like "hold X to interact") and vendors.
