If a skull fort is up, that stops the Flameheart spawn. Correct? Does anyone know the time distance when the skull fort de-spawn or it gets defeated when FLAMEHEART will spawn? Thanks.

@ecaiiaw I don't (at least not yet), but what I can tell you is that my crew had 2 back-to-back Flamehearts yesterday.

Thanks for that. Yea maybe if the first one (your server) was skull island, and then the next one was FH, maybe that one scenario. But it could be just random what in the sky and you got lucky?
Flameheart is a world event so a fort and a Flameheart fleet can’t exist at the same time.
As for the pattern, I can’t say. I will say this. I was collecting the loot from a Flameheart event and a second Flameheart spawned at the EXACT same island. I didn’t have time to finish collecting the loot from the last event.
Also, a kraken will spawn when a Flameheart event is defeated or times out
