PVE boss fights spawning during PVP needs to end

This is a problem that everyone is having, from some time now, I can't remember a time when between frinds a story of how an epic fight with another ship got completely ruined by a kraken, megan, a skeleton ship or worse.... a combination of them. This needs to not happen, the whole point of the game is to have epic pirate adventures and these monsters roam the seas, but so far goes role playing. Simple: if there are two ships close to each other, and they are dealing damage to each other there SHOULD NOT be a boss spawn with aggro on one of those ships.
This breaks the experience in so many levels, not all fight are supoused to be fair I get this, but the current spanw mechanics for bosses seems to happen more often during PVP in adventure mode and feels like you get DELETED because of reasons.... no fight.... no defense... no strategy.... you just get INFINITE AGGRO from a random boss that spawns on top of you. Please this needs no stop.
