Huge problem with the game! Absolute trash feature and should be removed (meant for Rare staff)

Molten Sands Fortress... Me and my friend were duo sloop we went to this fort, and because of the volcano we sat there tirelessly for 3 hours straight trying to complete this fort. Keep in mind the volcano
is the only reason this fort took so long. We completed the captain wave after 3 hours of fighting off this hellish fortress on Christmas Eve, we both stayed on until 3am. finally completeing the fortress
and had the volcano erupt on us twice in a row immediately once the captain died. We were out of wood and bucketing trying to stay afloat through both eruptions, both dying to the hot waters while bucketing.
made it threw both eruptions to both die 0.5 seconds after the 2nd eruption stopped similtaniously causing us to sink. we spawned one island away, came back got the key opened the vault for and got nothing. this fort is
Completely impossible as a duo on a sloop. I thought this game was balanced but is clearly not, either give us the gold we are owed for our time, remove the volcano from that Fortress, or just [Mod edit] off Rare.
I have spent money on this game and have enjoyed it through thick and thin, but not this, this is so [Mod edit] whoever came up with that idea and thought it would be good to waste someones time like that.
My time is worth money and if you are going to cause it to be valueless like that then [Mod edit] you and I hope your game dies. Either remove that volcano or give us our gold our names are SeaTooter and
JukeBox223. That was my friend's first time at attempting a skull fort on this game, and he is 100% discouraged with your game now. I am as well. You owe us for our time. I was suggesting your game to
every gamer I came across before this, but with that feature in the game, I cannot see myself ever suggesting this game to anyone again. We fought off several other ships for that fort, and the volcano is
what caused us to lose everything. It erupted six times against our duo sloop during the fort, it was constant and we contstantly had to deal with it. We put everything we possibly had into comepleting it
and it's like you just flipped us off and spat in our face. After 3 hours (2 hours past when we were wanting to sleep) we opened an empty loot room because a volcano caused it to take too long. Not fair or
balanced in any way, shape or form. Fix this ingame bug, pay me for my time spent in ingame currency, or you will never make another cent off me and I will honestly discourage anyone I come across from
wasting their time like mine and my friends was wasted. Awful feature and actual insult towards your player base for it even existing. I thought that you were such good developers. I spoke very highly
of you to everyone. I just feel like you gave me the biggest possible insult you could have ever given me. This post is meant for Rare Staff, any other players comments are not needed nor welcome.
