Please, I haven't played for quite some time, I guess more than a year but I've lost all progress of my character and I don't know why? Do I really have to start the entire game again? I had quite a lot of time played, in fact here on the web it says the days I was on the high seas but when I entered I had to create my character I do not understand anything I am a player since the alpha. im going to have a heartbreak! D:

Completly sure, i didnt play like maybe one year ago or a little more, today i tried to play Sea of thieves but cant because got an error on Microsoft Store when tried to download it, so i format my pc then install the game and when i enter on the menu all its like if im playing for the first time, character creation, intro, etc...

Edit: Probably lost more than my game progress? on my profile i can view 5 posts writed but only can see this one :S.
The support team told me through the ticket system the next:

Please double check which account you have used to play.
We do not see any previous pirate created.

The days at sea have nothing to do with your in-game progress. It is strictly how many days you have viewed the forums while signed in.
You are using the correct account in the Xbox App and Store? I know some people have multiple accounts to have different pirates or even a different account to post with that doesn't tie to their gaming account.

1º Account:
I sign in with my email on microsoft store : Go to > Sea of thieves and appear i can download it because i have the game. Then go to xbox live on PC and my account on it its StrifeFrosst 0% progress.2ºAccount
Sign in with the email of my girlfriend on microsoft store and i cant download the game because i dont have it on her email, so i connect again with my email, but then on Xbox Live i log in with the email of my girlfriend and voilá! My old character its here again! with all my progress :D
