Parrot Starter Bundle

The bundle you bought, is for in-game items. There shouldn't be any need to run anything.

The description of the bundle is: The Parrot Starter Bundle contains 550 Ancient Coins, the Blue Water Parakeet and Coin Toss Emote, plus free bonus content: 10,000 gold and the Parrot Cutlass, Hat, Jacket and Sails.

I've never purchased a bundle, but these are all in-game items I'd expect you will have available to equip/use from the relevant places. The Parrot Cutlass should be in the weapon box for example and the clothing should be in the clothing chest on your ship or at the Outposts. Your parrot should be in the pet cage and so on.

But there weren't any of the clothing or anything in game, also I still had 0 ancient coins

I don't know if that bundle is just for "starters", because it is "Parrot STARTER Bundle"

As long as you were signed into your account when you bought it from the store, everything should be available in game. as suggested, restart and if that doesn't fix it, ticket.
