I second that - lovely controller that they should have available. Don’t know why it’s limited. It’s a shame cuz it’s so beautiful.

Because it is sooo Rare , i don't even dare to touch it...It is such a beautiful controller ...Well, keep it between us , but this controller is the most beautiful one from the whole lot of Xbox Controllers they already made ...i hope that one day they restart their production line for another treat for the Rare fans that were too late...

I'll explain, bought the left one as my main controller, middle one a back up ( always need a back up! ).
The right as my "mint" condition one bought New on the first day of release (cost £45-£50 not 100% sure)The first 2 ( my main, & back up ) are repairs.
I got these on ebay, sold as v.good condition but not fully functional. Snapped both up for £25 a piece ( from different sellers). They both in the end had the same fault... was a very easy fix.. just a wire with a bad contact with the board. They both work perfectly now.The bonus with one of the repaired ones was the nice inclusion of a 'fresh' Ferryman DLC code.
Anyhow... love these controllers.
But I guess limited edition will mean just that, it's a pity.If you feel confident... non-working ones do appear on ebay every so often, so if you fancy a fixer-uper at a good price. Keep an eye out.
Btw... if all else fails on a repair... remember the insides are interchangeable from controller to controller.

It is kind of a shame not everyone who wants to, can enjoy this controller. But if you get lucky, some stores still carry one or two. My own local Gamestop (In the middle of Nowhere-Denmark) had a brand new one as recently as a month and a half ago.
Best advice I could give, is to try every gaming or electronic store you can physically get to, before resorting to Ebay.
Please re- release this controller. The game just passed its 1 year mark, and re-releasing this controller would be amazing. I currently have the limited edition Gears of War 4 controller and that is still being sold. Only place I can find the Sea of Thieves one is Amazon for $250.00. I love this controller but not for that price. Why not make it happen if it's this popular. I currently know 15 people that would buy this controller if re-released, my wife being one, so that would be 2 in this household.
