How to get forsaken ashes scars?

Starquest is spot on with them only being unlocked with the devil's roar oos and gold hoarder missions however, the time limited nature is a bit of a mystery. On the campaign page everything time limited for the forsaken shores has a clock in the top right corner ( the ashen ship hull, sails, figurehead, weapons) the rest- kracken and crab set are here to stay (no clock).
The confusing bit is that there is no clock or mention of time limited for the tattoos or scars when in other campaign they where. Not sure if @Musicmee can help as he's pretty clued up in this sort of thing.

@deviatevoyage41 it's taken me 3 weeks of blood sweat and giant flaming boulders of molten rock to the face to finally unlock the scars and ashen clothes. My gold hoarders is pretty high so kept getting multiple chapters which was a pain as I tried to complete it quick in case the scars are time limited. My tip is to get someone on your crew low level to buy a voyage so it's quicker to complete.

@deviatevoyage41 The items that tend to be time limited are the ones purchased with doobloons. The others should remain in the game and be unlocked when you’ve achieved the commendation.

@starquest i know exactly what the OP asked for.
And my crewmate said that they were in my vanity chest already so i believed that they were there from the start.
But yea it makes sense that they got there after you've completed the commendations.
As i got them (commendations) before i even knew that the tatts and scars already existed haha so i was like: ohhh daaaamn niice. 🤣
