    It’s been awhile since I hit legend so I may be wrong, but try going to the mysterious stranger in the tavern and talking to them, and go from there I believe.

    Well did you get the new shanty and a riddle to figure out? If you got that but couldn’t figure it out, you play it in front of the steering wheel hanging up on the tavern wall. I think. If that doesn’t work idk dude.

    U need buy the 3 items from merchant goldhoarder and order of soul then talk ro the stranger

    You need to upgrade the three factions to level 50 - go speak with the Gold Hoarder, Order of Souls and Merchant Alliance to upgrade them by using a small amount of gold. Then you go talk to the Mysteries Stranger and you will be awarded with the title, clothes and legendary shanty.

    @trumpforce20 have you bought the level 50 upgrade for all three of the factions ? (OoS, GH and Merchant)

    After you have bought all three of those you have to go to any of the Taverns and talk to the mysterious stranger that is in it (standing against the wall to the left of the bar) they will tell you a story and afterward grant you the regular pirate legends clothes and the pirate legends shanty.

    Only if you have done all those steps you are rewarded the pirate legend achievement and status.
