So check this, i was sailing and whatnot then i got wasted (in game) and so did my friend, then i went to go to the wheel to steer into an island, then i saw what looked like a blue glowing rock. I thought my character was hallucinating. Until it took a bite out of the ship, i was in a sloop and luckily with enough wooden planks and bailing we escaped. Does anybody have lore or information on this shark? It was about one third the size of the megaladon.

@tjm33587 it is one of the meg’s relatives, also a megalodon, that spawn in the world since Megan was severely mutilated during the hungering deep.
There are a few different type of meg’s in the world now all with their own character some will simply breach the water and swim alongside of you a bit, others are relentless in trying to sink you
Megalodon - Since the retreat of The Hungering One back into the deep, there have been reported sightings of other Megalodons terrorising the Sea of Thieves. It’s been discovered that these new Megalodons have different personalities - some seem to turn tail at the sight of a Galleon, whilst others are said to be just as unforgiving as The Hungering One!
