    File a support ticket

  • We have... Devs said they are working on it but that was well over 12hours ago. The game is currently unplayable solo. Sigh...

  • @treefittymonsta

  • @triheadedmonkey meh just roll the patch back fix it. this isn't beta. This is a live game.

  • @treefittymonsta why if they have fixed it and keep the patch?

  • They haven't fixed it. It just happened ten min ago to me.

  • @treefittymonsta the tweet says the update will be available in the next few hours

  • @itachi-6-uchiha meh rolling back the patch would fix it immediately then try again with the patch tomorrow imo

  • @treefittymonsta no mate that is just dumb, its 4 gigs of files that get rolled back in comparrison to maybe a 20-100 mb fix, not at all worth the trouble of risking breaking anything, if they are fixing it, say thank you and move on.

  • @treefittymonsta and absolutely nobody would moan about servers being offline again....

  • @urihamrayne it's dumb to keep a game breaking patch up for this long imo. This is live not beta.

  • @treefittymonsta Did you try downloading the update? I had this issue earlier and submitted a ticket. I just got done playing and I'm downloading the update now.

  • @treefittymonsta a problem that gets fixed in a day? wow arrest these devs.

  • @urihamrayne problem is still not fixed. This marks two nights un able to play hope it works tomorrow night. Still think pulling patch is the answer. The patch is broken. Good night.

  • @treefittymonsta it is fixed, they just send out the update, admit you messed up and move on.

  • My own experience with the infinite black screen on mermaid or ferry respawn - I’ve only experienced it once in 1.0.4 and once in 1.0.8 two nights ago.

A bit of advice for Xbox users - depending on your console configuration - “Instant On” is enabled by default for all xboxes, this allows for a faster startup and keeps some core services running in order to facilitate this... while great ‘when it works” - a system can benefit from a full reboot from time to time.

My console is set for instant on, and to automatically update my game library. Sometimes I’ll check for updates manually - but it does a good job of keeping up to date on its own.

If a patch is released, and I still see problems/performance/strangeness - i’ll First use the system menu to restart console... considered a warm reboot, sometimes a full reboot is needed - holding power for 10s and starting up again.

    Give it a try!
