Recently i have been promoted to level 34 gold hoarders... i went to buy a belt but it is still locked and says unlocked at 33.
Items are still locked after reaching the level.
@vpetrelli @LeQwack Have ya both tried logging out and back in? I believe i read this fixed the issue for some people. :)
@vpetrelli The ceremonial admiral belt unlocks at 33 with the merchants. You should get the royal sovereign belt at 33 with gold hoarders.
Ping - Noticed today that I am l35 with Merchants and cant buy a l28 boots. Don't really want them so I didn't report, but yeah.

I have the answer to the problem, my friend explained the issue to me last night.
So my levels are 33/33/30.
Ceremonial admiral belt’s description is that it unlocks at gold hoarders level 33, but this must be a typo.
Admiral equipment is tied to merchant sailers reputation. Being that I’m 33 in gold hoarders the belt should be unlocked but it’s not. I am however only 30 in merchants, and the actual equipment line tied to gold hoarder rep at 33 IS unlocked for me. Forgive me I can’t remember which equipment line is tied to gold hoarders though, I want to say sovereign. I think this because all the “level 33 required” gear is unlocked for me except the admiral gear since my merchants is 30 and everything else is 33. Get it?
So the issue is that the descriptions for the unlocking requirements are wrong.
It makes sense. Just confusing. See for yourself in the stores though.
