How do you tell the day and time?

If you're on pc, open up the Q menu and press F. It should open a new menu with a watch that displays the day and time.

@sir-green-day As told many times, you have a pocket watch, with shows the day as well.
To find out if it's AM or PM, you just have to check the sun, unless i am missing something.

No, other waepons are just cosmetics as everything else. You cannot buy any character buffs by now, it also doens't seem like this is planned anyway.

I restarted the game and now I see it.

I've looked multiple times, before and I only had 1 page of items on my item wheel.
