For those having issues with DLC codes/items.

    Seen lots of threads with people having issues with either receiving DLC codes or obtaining the items granted by DLC codes. Below is a list of the DLC released so far and the relevant support articles for those having issues.

    DLC released so far
    Black Dog pack - For preordering the game.
    Ebon Flintlock pistol - For joining selected Sea of Thieves Mixer streams.
    Ferryman clothing set - For purchasing Sea of Thieves XBox Controller.
    Founders pack - For participating in the closed alpha testing.
    Mercenary pack - For purchasing 3 Months XBox Live.
    Midnight Blunderbuss - For purchasing Sea of Thieves 2TB HDD.

    Personally still waiting on the flintlock and Mercenary packs, but they will apparently arrive next week.

    Yes, I believe the Ebon Flintlock code should be sent to everyone that qualifies for it within the next 7 days. If you have redeemed the code for the Mercenary pack but not yet received the items then the next patch which is currently scheduled for early next week should address that.

    Just waiting on the Ferryman set and the Ebon Flintlock myself, was lucky enough to have the other codes go through in time.

    @chris5626 Actually I bought the subscription on the 21st, but it was from Microsoft and they apparently will deliver it after 10 days.

    Oh I didn't know that. I bought my subscription from Amazon as a digital code and they sent the Mercenary code at the same time.

    I have trouble. So I pre-ordered the sea of thieves and when I bought the game the lady never told me there is codes on my receipt I threw it away now I have no code plz help ty

    I've checked with the @Deckhands and they seem happy that this is adequately covered in the Support section.

    It does seem like less people are asking now than they were a few days back and as these issues are fixed or are being fixed hopefully threads like this won't be needed.
