    @schneekoerper99 If me memory serves me right the Black Dog pack should come out when the game does, meaning it'll auto-download (Don't quote me though)

    @schneekoerper99 if you order of amazon they give you a key for the game, but that should include the black dog pack.

    @schneekoerper99 It depends on where you have preordered the game, if you did it in the Microsoft store then you do not need a code. If you preordered it in another place like Amazon, they should have given you a code that included the base game and the Black Dog pack.

    I purchased the game on best buy, It sends me the email of the order and i can check the order status.

    Say's sea of thieves is Processing and the Sea of Thieves - Black Dog Pack is Preparing

    So, I'll just wait till March 20 to receive the email of the 2 codes, one for the game and another for the black dog's pack. :)

    The email says they will tell you how you can claim this within 2 weeks ?? The store says the item is unavailable.

    Did you get a code emailed you? (Check Spam)
    It should already be in your Clothing Chest.

    and i already checked spam/junk on evry day. Nothing in there from sea of thieves or microfsoft since i preordered the game.

    the email i got from store only tells me that all downloads are availible now. but i cant see ingame the black dog content.

    I preordered on the MS store and don't have the Black dog pack .... strange....

    I received a notification in my win10 task bar notification section letting me know it was ready. I clicked the accept box, win10 store popped up, and Bam I had my black dog clothes.

    I bought Sea of thieves in Microsoft Store on Match 19th, and i don't received any code or clothes in my boxes, they will send me when its ready?

    To answer the question and provide you all with an answer, if you pre-ordered AFTER January 20th 2018 then you should not have access to the Sea of Thieves Black Dog Pack right away! They are aware of the problem and are sorting it. You should receive a message over the Xbox App or an email containing the Black Dog Pack activation key. In reality its a minor issue, but I understand the frustration. I want to sail in black as well!

    I ordered my game on Windows store on pc and i did pre order the 18th and didnt get a message from xbox with a code im just waiting and waiting. help me if u can :)

    @player276457246 The 18th of what month? PC and Xbox players are experiencing the same issue if I am not mistaken.

    @dead-devil4657 You should have a code depending on when you preordered. I can't get mine yet, so I can't tell you exactly how to get it.

    If you purchased the game after January 20th, you will get a email/Xbox Message containing the code needed for the Black Dog Pack. There should not be a in-game vendor.
