Try the game for free with the 14 days xbox pass trial to see how it runs in minimal settings.
With an integrated graphics card on a laptop, you might be able to run it, but don't expect a smooth sailing experience.

Edit: a ram upgrade won't change a thing in your case, what you need is a computer that has a proper GPU.

Don't take my word for it, but look at the pc specs @UVG-Reign linked above: I believe that you will get below 30 fps in 540p and minimal settings. The GPU is what matters most.

Try it out for free first, you'll know for sure.
