I have a GT 1030, i5 2400, and 8gb of ram. I know that I meet the minimum required specs, but what king of gameplay am I going to have? Thanks.

edit - Actually, I did knock down the visuals to minimum on my PC to see what it looked like, and while the water looks a bit simpler, it's still a very attractive game and the art style isn't compromised.
I sure my pc is worse than that and I run 720p at solid 60fps (no drops ever) on low
How do I see what my graphics card is without opening up my pc?

What are you talking about? The human eye can't see above 24fps because movies, because that's completely comparable.
