    @logansdadtoo lol not to derail this AMAZING competition that @Musicmee has very, very kindly put on, (also as another bump so people see it) so I won't say anymore on the subject than this:

    Surely the "Captains head" can be sold back to George, and he can use the funds from selling you Sanctuary, to become " The Sword & Spyglass". Everyone's a winner, and they are then so close, they can be trading partners ;)
