Can't download game from Windows Store

    I'm a Founder and I see the game in my Windows Store Library but when I hit "Install" the button turns gray and nothing happens.
    When I click the download button in "My Library" I get the message "Try the download again".
    In the Windows Event Log I see an Error 0x80000000.

    Rare support recommended to use "wsreset" to delete the Windows Store cache but that didn't work.
    I also reenrolled to the beta in the Insider Hub.
    Microsoft support couldn't help me either.

    I've been trying to download the game for two days and nothing worked.

    Does someone maybe have an idea?

    OS: Win 10 Version 1709

    For me i had the same problem.. i couldn't download the game, then the installation kept failing.. had to redownload the game 5 times... still didn't work. At 1 point i was downloading and it kept going beyond the 13 GB and i cancelled at 25 GB...

    i just waited for a moment i thought there wouldn't be much traffic on the server and retried and it worked in 1 go ... (download & installation)

    I think the servers can't handle the load (MS Store) and maybe there is some verification needed for who & when the game can be played (like the preload of a steam game that can't be started untill the release date) and that's where the problem lays.

    But that's just my opinion.

    @incentio In the beginning I thought the same but I tried the download in the morning and during the night.
    But to me it looks like an issue within the WS itself

    I did have this problem, but it fixed itself I dont know how

    I think I finally fixed it.
    I uninstalled the Xbox Insider Hub, then hit Win+R and typed in "wsreset" and did a reboot.

    Then i could start the download.
