@musicmee So do I - I registered for Beta months ago. - Never worked - any of them. Now I have pre-ordered I get the same issues.. hmmm

@caillot-laurent I'd wait a bit longer, if not then follow these steps;
Log out of the Microsoft Store
Log out of any insider programe
Restart computer
Log in to the store and insider programe
And check it again.@musicmee I have followed all of the above steps. In the store the closed beta has a 'PLAY' button. It tells me the product is installed... just the message is still:-
Sea of Thieves Closed Beta is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001
I hope this will just go away

@caillot-laurent It might be a regional thing, many have said it's working and few have said it's not. Did you pre-order or get an invite?
If pre-ordered, where from?
@mad-jack-ketch its an invite , i was invited since the first alpha , but no have xbox , and now that i can play on pc i try to install , but yeah there is no communication on the country who can download now ... and no one wanna say if only pre order can download or if beta invite can download now too ...
i hope the game will be better than the beta communication ...
@caillot-laurent Play Anywhere is available for everyone.
Press the Start key and open the Store
Search for and install the Xbox Insider Hub
Launch the Hub and you'll find Sea of Thieves waiting for you
Click the icon which will take you through to the Store page
Click install and the download will begin.@katttruewalker lol please stop copy past and read my message ... i DONT have an xbox ... i try ton install on W10
@caillot-laurent Those instructions will still work on Windows 10. The Xbox part is just part of Microsofts branding.
@caillot-laurent when i use the link on the first post here, i got a question if i wnated to go to Win store. I said yes and then install option showed
@caillot-laurent It says Xbox because the app on windows 10 is an Xbox app, the insider hub is an xbox insider hub - confusing I know! The instruction page has instructions for PC and Xbox.
@katttruewalker Leasten i try everywhere , on the link of the this page , on the hub xbox insider, on the windows store , on a chrome page , and then :
hub xbox insider = Content = NOTHING
windows store (web or app) = not avaible yet ...so i am with the good account everywhere but i cant download everywhere
@zadnez i can only imagine this , i made a ticket , they tell me to go in store and look in again -_- , its really looks like nobody know what happend and nobody know if its avaible to download in france , really crazy support ...
