Yes, the beta will be on PC and crossplay will be there since it was enabled in the Alpha. However, it's yet to be seen if you can switch from one platform to the other after being accepted (or buying the game) on one.
@whenkoalasattak I don't think crossplay was enabled in alpha, I met nobody on PC whilst playing on xbox.
But yeah, being able to switch the platform you play on would be great too.@lucky-monkee It was, but since the player base was pretty big at the end, it was finding a needle in a haystack.
Cross play was enabled during the Alpha. Because of this, I'm pretty sure it'll be in the Beta. As for Play Anywhere, I'm not sure if that will be up or not in the Beta. Many people who were on Xbox wanted to play on PC but could not due to Play Anywhere not being enabled. Let's see if it will be!

Platform switching will definitely be part of the final game even if it isn't in the beta - that is what the "Play Anywhere" thing they have been talking about means.
