So that it's easier for devs to get to constructive feedback/test results, and faster filter through rants, nonsense and attention seeking of kids with half the brain capacity. 😂
I'm kidding, I'm kidding... It may have been just a simple oversight.
But I do believe Insider forums can expect a flood, and much much engagement. And not only of the good type.
It's all fun and games, until it's not. Good luck to both moderators and devs lol.

It may be because of legal reasons, as you still have to agree to specific terms of service for Insider. This includes an understanding that the software is early in development and that you risk damaging your device. You have to agree you won't claim in the event that happens.
Most definitely legal reasons. Though you can't put a kid behind bars and charge them damages for spilling the tea, the same way you can with a (working) adult.
Now that the NDA is lifted, I honestly see no reason for not removing age restriction. It's not that they just can't add a splashscreen on starting the game, stating risk, and absolving them of all potential damages.
What I do not get is, why this game has no more robust parental control as many other games (and platforms) do.
Especially since it's so open about catering to younger audience.
@r3vanns They want feedback from adults with fully formed brains who won't spam reports about something being broken because they suck at the game. They want properly informed feedback and children just won't give them that.
