Hey guys, there is a cheater group in China. Their suffix is [mod edit], they buy a permanent plug-in and sell these tools to the new guys who want play hourglass but dont wanna practice. They sell these tools by using tools Sniper streamer .Its important that you can see them in everywhere Public sea, hourglass, HK server, Eu server Which server hot they in. I have reported them for many times however they still in. This has affected my gaming experience, not just mine, but that of players who follow pure PVP techniques, and I don't know what I can do about it now. I've tried reporting it, but it never ends and it's the same group of people. So what can we do now?
Chinese cheater group in PVP
@zk1x1 hey, just so you know, this kind of post doesn't really belong here. You can use the support site to report the group of players and link all of the information about them there.
Generally speaking, rare doesn't like it when you talk about specific players or specific cheats that people are using to circumvent their systems.
@captain-fob4141 It
s already circumvent their systems. Sometime I cant see their tag. And this my feedback to the poor report system. Why can't we just permanently ban these bad behavior plugin users?@zk1x1 said in Chinese cheater group in PVP:

Because perm bans only really stick to those that concede.
They can ban accounts and hardware can be banned and access can be denied given the info they have but that doesn't stop anyone from finding ways around it until they get caught again.
Something as important as defense and security is a population that understands that there will always be breaches in defense/security.
Gotta make the best out of it because it will always be around, it will always be a part of this game and any other online game.
A good starting point to enjoying the game more is to not feed into it or get absorbed in it. A lot of people in SoT spend a lot of their time following it around. Watching the youtube videos about it, absorbed in the discord and social media areas that are always focused on it. That's what makes it worse for people.
Let the people that gotta be absorbed in it for a living deal with it. At least they get paid for it. General population shouldn't carry any more than they need to, it doesn't help the situation. They can do far more positive and productive things by not being so caught up in it.
If you believe a player has been toxic in the game or suspect foul-play, you can report them to Xbox Live here. You can also submit a support ticket via Rare Player Support. As this is a matter for Support and not the Forums, I'll be dropping anchor here.
