According to the Sea of Thieves Announces Twitch Prime Partnership (https://www.seaofthieves.com/news/so-t-twitch-prime), all Twitch Prime content would be available on the Pirate Emporium, however, this is not the case of our little purple monkey, as well as the other contents of this pack.
I think it would be decent to fulfill what they write and promise us. This way, new players, or those who didn't have the chance to have an item, will be able to have it.
I complained to support, and I don't know why, they suggested I create a topic here.
So, it's done, help me, so that maybe they will listen to us.

Why Amethyst Soul capuchin(+TwitchPrime Pirate Pack) is not in the emporium?

This was a limited-time promotion that ended 4 years ago. There are no current plans to bring these back that I know of.
The Twitch Prime Pirate Pack will be available to Prime users until January 7th 2020
After this point the other emotes and customisations have been used for other promotions and some have been in and out of the Emporium.

Yes, I understand it was part of a promotion, but according to the announcement in the link I posted, Christina 'Wrathful' McGrath (Head of Community) says, "To be eligible for this bundle right now, you'll need to be a member of Twitch Prime – but if you're not, don't worry, these cosmetics and emotes will be available from Sea of Thieves' in-game Pirate Emporium at a later date."
So, for this reason, I asked the question.
Anyway, to this day, they haven't appeared in the pirate emporium.@sombrudo To be fair, that does say the cosmetics (ship set) and emotes will be in the emporium. It does not say that the pet will be there. If they were referring to everything on that page, they might have said that the bundle contents would be in the emporium or "cosmetics, pet and emotes" if they intended to sell them all separately.
@captain-coel Everything is cosmetic, doesn't mean they aren't referred to by a sub-category.
They could just throw these items in the Emporium, but if they haven't bothered to in 4 years since they came out they probably aren't going to - whether that is due to issues around the promotion agreements, or lack of desire, no one but Rare would know and they probably aren't going to post about it here.
