I've been researching around desperate to find out how to obtain this cosmetic that I've fallen in love with seeing my favorite streamers use it. However, it seems that the last time this item was even discussed was 9 months ago when it was available for the Xbox Ultimate subscribers. Does anyone know where I can enter or participate in one of these elusive giveaways for it or otherwise obtain it in 2024?

don't get discouraged if you don't win, it's fun opportunity, views on outcome are subjective and everyone that wins is as worthy as others in a scenario like that.
the reason it's worth it is because anyone can win and every new competition is another opportunity.
