My guild is locked!

    Please someone help! I m the master of a very big italian sot community. My first guild and all the people of that guild are locked. We cant see the guild, we cant open guilds menu, on the sot internet site write that "the are some problems with the guilds". I wrote 3 ticket to rare but I gotta no answer. I have uninstalled the game and installed back, but nothing. Someone can help? Please it s a very very terribile thing for my community. We lost streaming and events....many people ate leaving the game....help

    @purplehaze-crox How many ships does your guild have? as our got locked as well. Was watching a streamer and theirs was locked and he mentioned if you have 40 or more ships it locks the guild. we had a member dismantle one of his pledged ships to get below 40 and it resolved the issue.

    I can confirm the same problem, if you have over 40 ships in your guild, the guild gets locked.

    Dismantle one or two and you’re good to go.

    Out of curiosity, could this also be solved by getting someone who has a pledged ship to temporarily leave the Guild? If that works, then dismantling a ship might be unnecessary. I am assuming that when a player leaves it removes their pledged ships?
