I have this issue everytime I exit the second Monkey Island Tall Tale. If I happen to still wield the sword used for Insult Sword Fighting when leaving the Tall Tale and return to the main world, I get a weapon slot glitch. One of the slots does not contain any weapon anymore and is unavailable to select a replacement one. You're stuck with one weapon only until you login next time.
This is all but game breaking (for the session), if you intend to play longer on the same server and have resources and/or random quests you want to make use of and so on. I beseech the weapon masters of Rare to please craft a fix soon.
