How many of you have stared at the marks stencilled on the end of the grog kegs in every tavern, trying to figure what they both represent?
One is easy enough! Its a skull with a couple of crossed bottles under it. But the other? Its clearly a couple of kraken tentacles, but one seems to have the end of a cannon poking out of it; and the other has a convenient handle on the back.
I have stared at these since year one, trying to figure it out and, today, I finally did!
