JOURNALS CANT BE READ

    Hello there fellow pirates,
    So I am doing all the Tall Tales 5 x and making sure I got all the journals read.
    All has been going well so far, only one of the journals on the first tall tale I was about to complete couldn't be read.

    Now I'm in a next one (The Legendary Storyteller), about to read first Journal 'To Whoever finds this...', and I simply can't read it.
    It opens, immediatly closes without actually being read.

    All the other functions work as they should. Even tried rebooting the game/changing controls/...

    So damn annoying. Wasting more times on bugs than on the actual missions....

    Raise a support ticket, maybe with video evidence...posting here won't do anything

    I had this but then i just kept standing in other places on the pole and it eventually works

    Would also suggest raising a ticket.

    Then die. (In the game) a Ferry Trip fixes a lot of dumb bugs

    i have this same problem i don’t know what to do either please somebody help the support servers for sea of thieves are down right now if there is any tutorial or way i can fix this please let me know thank you

    wait nevermind i just found a solution. jump down to the second little cage under the one with the book and if you stand on that cage it lets you read the book
