Rare, I feel like the rarity of these Bullion Crowns warrant a larger price to sell it for at base. Not even a reason to want to go finding them because they are only 10k at base, and sure if you get a gold hoarder to level 5 and it will be more, But honestly what a measly price for something almost no one is finding.

It’s almost like they want you to run a GH grade 5 and sail around until you find one. That way it pays more.
And since it’s rare, yeah not many will find it anyways.

it's all about the screen shots and the posts/experiences for the most part with rare items in this game
I'm pretty indifferent on the price as I don't think super rare things being 100k or 250k base would make much of a difference at all
