Has anyone else noticed that they aren't getting the Celestial Steed Sails Twitch drop for community day? (February 11th 2023)
I've sent a support ticket and everything and all I get is the usual bot response of "make sure that you've token screen shots of your inventory, make sure your connected both your Twitch and Sea of Thieves account together". Which I have done in several screen shots and I STILL get that as a response?!
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

I am having the same problem. I claimed the sails and flintlock from twitch but I didn't receive the sails. I did notice, for whatever reason, that I received the Lodestar sails even though I did not purchase them from the emporium. So I am equally confused.

We're aware that players aren't receiving the correct sails in today's Community Day Twitch Drops. Over the next few days, the incorrect item will be replaced with the Celestial Steed Sails as advertised and we apologise for the inconvenience.

They're aware. I wouldn't submit a ticket for a missing reward for 72 hours. I know it sounds dumb, but some items are applied manually. (I'm sure there's a couple of macros involved tho lol)
If it doesn't show up by Tuesday then resubmit. Your Twitch will show it as claimed.

Stuff has a way of taking quite a while and then showing up without much communication. Drop issues, emporium issues, things just eventually tend to get fixed and show up lol
There have been multiple known issues where the item just showed up randomly 3 or 4 weeks later for me.

I don't think anyone ever got them afaik, at least I haven't seen anyone say they ever got them
@pithyrumble. I also have not received those sails and now it is March....never had trouble with drops before. Just glad the ebony flintlock worked
@billybarujr If you still haven't gotten the Celestial Steed sails, i would suggest you sent in a support ticket, with a screenshot of your twitch drops page where it shows you collected them and the ebony flintlock and with a screenshot of you having the ebony flintlock in your chest (as evidence that your twitch was linked to your SoT profile at that time)
@musicmee was this ever resolved? I was wondering that actually today with the announcement of new drops.
@lt-daaaaann It was... if you still haven't received yours drop support a ticket and they will be able to resolve this for you.
I still have Lodestar sails in my main game, but have celestial sails on my Insiders version (Idk how they manage to mess it up, nor is it the first time I heard of players having mix added cosmetics between the 2 different versions of the game).
Quick question, do I risk getting banned if I actually don't care about missing out on celestial, and having lodestar on my main (If I prefer it). or is it against ToS having a free emporium item from their mess up?
