Ever since they took the arena away a lot of PVE servers are getting attacked by PVP players, The arena was taken out which was mainly meant for PVP, there was a lot less PVP on PVE servers which was helping the PVE players earn their reputation for all their emissaries and just grind without being attacked or spawn killed repeatedly over and over on a daily basis honestly they should bring the arena back so that wouldn’t be a problem anymore that way players can enjoy the seas without being attacked

There are no PvE servers. Alliance servers are not supported or condoned by Rare last I know of and are on close watch should they step out of line (which certain ones already have but they're not being dealt with?); sorry you actually have to play the game how it was intended: PvP AND PvE. If they're spawncamping you to no end, record it and report it to Rare. Otherwise, if you're just being sunk, get used to it I guess?
Arena is not coming back; I'd recommend learning how to play PvPvE and how to deal with risk/reward.
