Insane skellys

  • I don't know if im allowed to write this here.
Dear game developers! I would let you know that we were playing with my friend with the game and we get sunked by the skeleton canons on a fof fort like a galleon, you know just shooting and shooting and always killed my friend who was on the wheel and i cant even revived him bcs we always got the cannonball. And the only hope was my bucket and wait for my friend to respawn but no, we get sunk under 1 minute and so its a shame how this fort can be so strong. And a friendly sloop was next to us and he asked if we need help i said take out the skellys but it didn't help. And when we went back to the fort they started to shoot so i stopped and recorded how i mean a galleon. Here is the 2 video, the first one was the first attempt the second when we went back.

  • @tomika687464874 approaching at the angle that the most possible number of cannons can shoot at you, parking in front of said cannons at the end. Simply just player error. With more time in game, you will learn how to approach skeleton forts.

  • @tomika687464874 FOF isn’t supposed to be easy also leave the cannons up they work great as a defense for when other crews try to come in. Best advice I can give is learn to sail strait in get near a tower where you won’t take fire anchor then patch what you need get sails up and anchor up then start the fort….side note in your second video you picked an angle of the fort that has about 4 cannons pointing at you yea that’s why you got tore a part by cannon fire take a different approach

  • @kommodoreyenser thing is he has the Ghost Cannons which feels odd you’d think they’d know not to sail head long into a forts cannons

I do not base a player's talent or experience on cosmetics. #ThanksAllianceServers

  • @tomika687464874 Two SOT lessons you shouldn't forget:

    1. Avoid the crossfire, at some point both the skelly ship and the fort was firing at your sloop.

    2. Never approach where the fire is the thickest, use the blind side of your objective.

Could also be temporarily gifted too lol. I open my crew and leave with a full Lodestar or Ancestral set on sometimes. Especially if I have a ton of supplies 😉

I didn't see much bucketing at all.

In the 2nd clip, you mostly just stood and watched. And then, even though you took damage yourself, didn't even attempt to eat food.

Instead of standing watching, why weren't you bucketing? Especially when you knew there were multiple holes?

I'd say, learn from the experience and you'll have a better chance next time. Good luck!

  • @kommodoreyenser I usually don’t either but it does imply one of the crew members have been playing long enough to have some clue how to deal with skeletons towers

  • 1). This seems like an experience issue. You'll learn.

2). I wish the PvE in this game was MORE difficult. It gets to a point (pretty quickly) where you literally only ever sink to PvP. I couldn't even tell you the last time I sunk to PvE either solo or with my crewmate.
