Alabaster Beard after long "Checking for Fake Coin"

everytime i boot the game it take about 5 minutes to get past checking for fake coin, then once i finally do i am unable to join or play solo play. it always shows the error Alabasterbeard, but the internet connection is working fine and im am in a voice party on xbox live. i have restarted the game multiple times, rebooted the pc, and completely reinstalled SoT, still the same problem
